Q:  Is shipping free?

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?

A:  No, there is no sales tax unless you are ordering from the state of Colorado.

 

Q:  How long will it take for my bike to get here?

A:  Bikes generally ship the next business day after your order. Click Here for a map showing approximate delivery times to each region of the country once your bike ships.

 

Q:  Where can I see a Tommaso bike in person?

Q:  Do you ever have sales or discounts?

A:  Absolutely, just sign up for our email list to stay informed about the best deals in the industry.  Just enter your email in the space at the bottom of every page to sign up.

 

Q:  Is there a weight limit on your bikes?

A:  Yes, there are weight limits on all road bikes.  Aluminum road bikes are rated for 250lbs, carbon road bikes are rated for 220lbs, and adventure disc bikes are rated at 300lbs.  When weight limits are exceeded, added stress can cause spoke to break on rims, as well as other issues.

 

Q:  How does the Risk Free Test Ride work?

A:  From the time you receive your bike, you have two full weeks to test it out.  If you are not 100% satisfied, just contact our service staff and we will send you a return shipping label.  For full details Click Here.

 

Q:  How does a Ready to Ride bike come?

A:  A Ready to Ride bike come fully tuned, and only requires about 10 minutes to go from the box to the road. For full details, Click Here.

 

Q:  How does the Tommaso lifetime warranty work?

Q:  Where are the frames produced?

A:  Our frames use only the highest quality materials and are all produced in Asia. Our carbon frames and forks are produced in Taipei and our aluminum frames are produced in Shanghai.
